Check In/Out

Our check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m. If you anticipate a late check in, please let us know in advance. We have a gated entrance and you will need a code for your arrival. Our final check-out is at noon.

Reservations

A credit card payment of one night is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment due upon check in. We have a 14-day cancellation notice that applies only to your room. We are a small family business so if you must cancel your reservation with less than a 14-day notice, please understand, that we lose a room night and our living income. So we ask that you must be responsible for the cost of your room. If you cancel outside of the 14 days, your deposit of one nights stay is non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are set for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. You will be responsible for any damages that may occur to our property inside or out while you are our guest.

Smoking

We are non-smoking venue; however, we do allow smoking on the porch with ashtrays for your use. We ask that the doors and windows are shut if you smoke outside. If the Loft smells of smoke, a $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to your card.

Children/Pets

Due to the nature of our property, we do not allow guest pets or children. If you have an ADA Service animal that you are bringing, we ask you to call to let us know so that we are aware. The pets must be kept on a leash while on the property at all times, they may not be left in the room alone, please clean up after them outside and kindly keep them off the bed. We have the right to charge for any damages due to pets. This is an UPSTAIRS loft and is not handicap accessible!
